AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS
LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A
REDUCED BUILDING LINE, A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A
REDUCED BUILDING LINE ADJACENT TO A COLLECTOR
STREET AND A VARIANCE TO ALLOW A REDUCED
BUILDING LINE ADJACENT TO A RESIDENTIAL STREET FOR
THE VILLAGES OF WELLINGTON PHASE XII REVISED
PRELIMINARY PLAT SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT
(5- 1042 -HH), LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
WELLINGTON VILLAGE ROAD AND BRISTOL COURT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK,ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the
Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the
Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Villages of Wellington Subdivision
Phase XII Preliminary Plat (5- 1042 -HH) as follows:
Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31-
256(1) to allow a reduced building line adjacent to a Collector classified street; Lots 1, 8 and 9
Block 22 and Lot 64 Block 23 of the Wellington Village Phase XII Revised Preliminary Plat.
Subsection B. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31-
256 to allow a reduced building line adjacent to a residential classified street; Lots 1 -35 Block 21
of the Villages of Wellington Subdivision Phase XII Revised Preliminary Plat.
Subsection C. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31-
256(3) to allow a reduced building line adjacent to a residential classified street; Lots 24 -29, 32-
33 and 40 -43 Block 2' ) of the Villages of Wellington Subdivision Phase XII Revised Preliminary
Plat.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
