AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 9301, WHICH ORDINANCE CLOSED
A PART OF SANTA FE AVENUE AND A PART OF ARKANSAS AVENUE IN C. 0.
BRACK.ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Little Rock passed
an Ordinance vacating a part of Santa Fe Avenue and a part of Arkansas
a ,, .... 1w C. 4., $rack Addition; and
WHEREAS, passage of such Ordinance Was due to improper infor-
mation received by the City Council of the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Little Rock being
now more fully advised on this matter, it believes that such Ordinance
should not have been passed and that it should be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 9301, which Ordinance was
passed August 31, 1953 and approved by Pratt Remmel as Mayor of Little
Rock, vacating and abandoning'certain portions of Santa Fe Avenue and
Arkansas Avenue listed as follows:
"That part of Santa Fe Avenue in C. 0. Brack's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, starting on the east line of
the alley in Block Ten of said C. 0. Brack's Addition;
thence in a southeasterly direction to the west line of
Tyler Street in the City of Little Rock;
"Also, that part of Arkansas Avenue starting at the east
line of the alley in Block Thirteen of said C. 0. Brack's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, and running thence
in a southeasterly direction to the west line of Tyler
Street in Block Thirteen of C. 0. Brack's Addition;"
shall be repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. That all other ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
ire -full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
