AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE ONE ZEBRA FOR THE PARKS AND RECREA-
TION DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $900, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase one Zebra for the Parks and Recreation Department of the
City of Little Rock at a cost not to exceed $900.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
