AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC.AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
FOR USE BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT TWO NEW ROAD-GRADERS
AT A.COST NOT TO EXCEED $209000.TOGETHER WITH THE-EQUIP-
MEN TRADED IN AND FOR -OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs isP:
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
Two New,-Road Graders for use by the Street Department. That the
cost of these Two New Road Graders shall not exceed the sum of
$20,000, plus a trade -in of Two 1948 Model Adams Graders No. X -10
and X -20.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
