AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
SDVERTISE, TAKE SIDS FOR AND PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR VARIOUS DEPART-
MENTS, AND FOR OTHER PURkSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase the following
items for use by the various departments for a period of three months
