AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER THE POSITION OF LABORATORY
TECHNICIAN TO THE MILE & DAIRY DIVISION OF THE HEALTH
DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That, in order to place the positions of employment in
their proper divisions, the Laboratory Technician of the Health Department
is hereby transferred to the Milk & Dairy Division.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby amended to conform with this ordinancev and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
