AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER THE PRODUCE INSPECTOR FROM
THE FOOD & MEAT DIVISION OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT
AND PLACE SAID PRODUCE INSPECTOR UNDER THE SUPER-
VISION OF THE CHIEF SANITARIAN AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That, in order to place the positions of employment in their
per divisions, the position of ProdUCe Inspector is hereby transferred
from the Food & Heat Division of the Health Department and said Produce
Inspector is hereby placed under the supervision of the Chief Sanitarian.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby amended to conform with this ordinance and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
