AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING = BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND SELL
ONE WRECKED AND DISMANTLED AMERICAN -LA FRANCE 500 -
GALLON PUMP; ONE HOSE BED; 98 COTTON MATTRESSES; AND
93 HALF BED SPRINGS TO BE SOLD WHERE IS AND AS IS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
sell the following property, where is and as is:
1 i
1 - Wrecked and Dismantled American -La France
500 - Gallon Pump
I - Hose Bed
98 - Cotton Mattresses
93 - Half Bed Springs
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
