AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND SELL ONE
TRUCK OF THE PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT, AMID FOR
OTHM PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
�`. authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and sell
one (1) one and one -half (1 -D ton dump truck of the Parks and
Recreation Department.
SECTION 2. The money obtained from the sale of said
dmp truck shall go into the Cityts General Fund as prescribed
by law.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
