AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-
CHASE SIDE CUTTERS AND 4 TEETH TO BE USED IN REPAIRS
TO CITY OWNED BACK -HOE BUCKET FOR USE OF THE STREET
DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT
TO EXCEED $250.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase Side Cutters and Four (4) Teeth to be used in repairs to
City owned Back -hoe Bucket for use of the Street Department of
the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Side Cutters and Teeth
shall not exceed the sum of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
