AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 9391, AS AMENDS SECTION
23 OF ORDINANCE NO. 5420, ESTABLISHING A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR BEFORE
REAPPLICATION CAN BE MADE FOR REDISTRICTING, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 9391, as amends'S6'eton F
23 of Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, is hereby amended to read as
follows: The City Council of the City of Little Rock may from time to
time, on its own motion or on petition, after a public hearing of which
at least ten (10) days notice has been given in an official newspaper,
amend, supplement or change, modify or repeal the bounties or regulations
herein or subsequently established, after submitting same to the City
Planning Commission for its recommendations and report, except that when

future xm applicatiorisfor the redistricting of a specific parcel or parcels of
land has been denied reapplication shall not be made for a period of
one year.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
