AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE ONE (1) FOUR—WAY BEACON LIGHT AND ONE
(1) MOTOR FLASHING SWITCH FOR USE BY THE POLICE
DEPART�ENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one (1) four -gray
beacon light and one (1) motor flashing switch for use by the Police
Department of the City of Little Rock, Said beacon light to be in-
stalled at the inter - section of Cantrell Road and Pierce Streets.
SECTION 20 The cost of such beacon light and motor flashing switch
shall not exceed Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
