AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND LET
CONTRACTS FOR THE BUILDING AND COMPLETION OF A DRILL
TOWER FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and enter
into contracts for the building, equipping and supervision of
the construction of a Drill Tower for the Fire Department of
the City of Little Rock as per specifications heretofore ap-
proved.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
