ORDINANCE NO. 9484
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND ENTER
INTO CONTRACTS FOR THE INSTALLATION AND COMPLETION OF
THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
enter into the necessary contracts for the completion of the
installation of the Fire Alarm System for the Fire Department
of the City of Little Rock in accord with the specifications
heretofore approved.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
