AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-
CHASE VARIOUS MOTOR PARTS TO MAKE REPAIRS ON ONE
AMERICAN -LA FRANCE 750- GALLON PER MINUTE PUMPER FOR
THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $596.56, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase Various Motor Parts to make repairs on One American - La
France 750- gallon per minute pumper for the Fire Department of
the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Motor parts shall not
exceed the sum of $596.56.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
