AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PUR-
CHASE ONE (1) TRACTOR AND ONE (1) TIUM -REEL GANG MOWER
FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT, AND OTHER PUR-
POSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase
one (1) tractor and one (1) three -reel gang mower for the Parks
and Recreation Department,
SECTION 2. The cost of the tractor and gang mower shall
not exceed $2,900.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
