AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND WAIVING YARD SPACE AND TWO MAIN STRUCTURES
ON THE EAST HALF OF LOTS ONE (1)9 TWO (2) AND THREE (3), BLOCK TWO HUNDRED
SIXTY -EIGHT (268), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
That the east half of Lots one (1), two (2) and three
(3), Block two hundred sixty -eight (268), Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 1015 West Twelfth Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
51,20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
and a waiver of yard space and two main structures on one lot is hereby
granted.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the east half of Lots one (1), two (2)
and three (3), Block two hundred sixty -eight (268), Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in "D" Apartment District
and with yard space and two main structures on one lot waived as provided
in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
