CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, A_RK :1SAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE iNO. 5420 AS AMENDED;

BE Tr ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the South half of Lot five (5) and all of Lot six
(6), Block twenty -three (23), Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 501 North Palm Street, heretofore classified
and zoned as "A" One - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5/+20, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "C" Two- Family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said South half of Lot five (5)
and all of Lot six (6), Block twenty -three (23), Pulaski Heights Addi-
tion to the City of Little Pock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1
hereof, said nropertr to be her after '_mown and classified as being in
the "C" Two - Family District.
S- CTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
