TION TO T! CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; ORDINANCE ITO. 5420
AS AMENDED; A M FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT O_?DAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTL_:, ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot seven (7), Block three (3), Clark's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2322 Gaines Street, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms
of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTIOT 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Man thereto
attached and made a Dart thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot seven (7). Block three (3),
Clark's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "D" Apartment District.
ECTIOPd 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its Dassa^-e.
