AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS CREATING WHAT IS
KNOWN AS THE PSt'ER ENGLISH SSW,
OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinances and Resolutions creating the
Peter English Sewer, provide for the assessments of benefits
to property owners for the construction of private franchise
sewer line; and
WHEREAS: The costs of the construction of said sewer
line has been paid;
NO% THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
SECTION l: That Ordinances and Resolutions creating
the Peter English Sewer, be and the same are hereby repealed
in their entirety.
