AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $500.00 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF REPAIRING THE CUSTODIAN'S RESIDENCE AT THE
CITY'S MATERIAL YARD, CHARGING SAID EXPENDITURE TO
THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER. PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
is hereby appropriated to cover the cost of repairs to the
Custodian's Residence at the City's Material Yard. That this
expenditure shall be charged to the Street Department of the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to issue the Ci tyts warrant in a sum
not to exceed Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars for the repairs
to said Residence.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
