AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING TEE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE PARTS FOR THE CITY OWNED HETHERINGTON AND
BURNER ASPHALT PLANT FOR USE OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT THE MATERIAL YARD AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $550.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase Parts for the City Owned Hetherington and Burner Asphalt
Plant for use of the Street Department of the City of Little
Rock at the Material Yard, to -wit:
582 Feet Elevator Chain with K -2 Attachments
2 Take -Up Journals
44 Style "All Elevator Buckets
2 Shell Liners
1 4 -Way Valve
36 Blade Tips
4 Screen Cloths
SECTION 2. That the cost of said parts shall not exceed
the sum of $550.00.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
