AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE
ONE (1) 3/4 TON STAKE BODY TRUCK, TO BE USED IN THE
MALARIA CONTROL DIVISION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARIKNSM —.
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
directed to advertise, take bids for and purchase one 3/4 ton Stake Body
Truck to be used in the Malaria Control Division of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, at a purchase price not to exceed the sum of $1,700.00.
SECTION 29 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
