OF LOT THREE (3) , ALL IN BLOCK TWO HUNDRM' P'IE`TY' -NINE (259),
ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF
A BUILDING TO WITHIN FIFTEEN(15) FEET OF THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE
THEREOF; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the front yard space requirements on the
West Eighty (80) feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2), and the North
Five (5) feet, Two (2) inches of the West Eighty (80) feet of Lot
Three (3), all in Block Two Hundred Fifty -Nine (259), Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.. known as 1023 West Third Street, are
hereby waived to permit the construction of a building thereon to
within Fifteen (15 ) Feet of the front property line thereof.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as amended, is hereby amended to con-
form to the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
