OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARWSAS.

owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and sited in
Street Improvement District No. 599 of the My of Little Rock, Arkansas,
organized for the purpose of improving and paving Test 22nd Street from
Peyton Street to Harrison Street, as therein set out have petitioned the
City Council of the City of Little Bock, Arkaneas, for the construction
of said improvement, and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the
real property of said District according to the benefits received; and
WHEBBOS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and
parcel of real property situated in said District equals or exceeds the
local assessment thereon; and
WHEFJW, the estimated cost of said improvement is $22,000.00;
8011, THAMOBB, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARSANSAS;
Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots and parcels of real
property in said District be assessed according to the assessment list for
said improvement district as the same now remains in the office of the
` it,y.91 rk or as the same may from tims.,to time be revised, and tbat,
eur and tae- quarter per centum. (4J%) of the assessment on each of said
blocks, lots and parcels shall be collected by the County Collector with
the first installment of the general taxes becoming due in 1955 and annually
thereafter with the first installment of the general taxes until the whole
of said local.-assessment shall be paid.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
