AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED
BY THE OWNERS OF EACH OF THE SNVERAL LOTS, BLOCKS AND
PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN GM AND GUTTER IWROV1M11T
DISTRICT N0. 600 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ABBANSAS.

*opi y ,adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in 0urb aa& flatter
Improvement District No. 600 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing and guttering Nest 22nd Street
from Peyton Street to Harrison Street, as therein set out have petitioned the
City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction of
said improvement, and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real
property of said District according to the benefits received; and
WHEUM, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and parcel
of real property situated in said District equals or exceeds the local
assessment thereon; and
AREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is $22,000.00:
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots and parcels of real
property in said District be assessed according to the assessment list for said
improvement district as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk or
as the same be from time to time revised, and that four and one - quarter (4}�$,)

collected by the County Collector with,the first installment of the general taxes
becoming due in 1955 and annually thereafter with the first installment of the
general taxes until the whole,of said local assessment shall be paid.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
