AN ORDINANCE ANN1M XG A CERTAIN PORTION
OF Z11 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO
STREET INPROVENW DISTRICT NO. 599
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK, ARKANSAS.
DHEREAS, parties claiming to be the owners of a majority or more in assessed
value of the real property located within the territory hereinafter described,
which property is contiguous to Street Improvement District No. 599 of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, a duly created and existing improvement district, have
filed a petition praying that said territory be annexed to said district, for the
purposes hereinafter set out; and

ascertained that said petition was signed by more than two - thirds in assessed
value of the owners of real property within said territory:
NOD, THERE'F'ORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the following described property in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, toy -wit:
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, all in J. C. Robinson's Subdivision
of the Si of Lot 4, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, Block "B", all in Ben Cox Subdivision
of Lot 3, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 1, 2, and 3 and Lots 7 to 12, inclusive, Block 1, all in
Western Hills Subdivision of Lot 6, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 2, all in Western Hills Subdivision
of Lot 6, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;
Lots 20 to 26, inclusive, ell in to S. Holt's Subdivision
of Lot 7, Block 2, Hyde Park Addition;

No. 599 of �* City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and the cosmissioners of said
district sbil proceed to make the improvements petitioned for by improving and
paring the following parts of the following streets in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to -wit:
Van Buren Street from West 22nd Street to hest 21st Street;
Jackson Street from West 22nd Street to West 23rd Street;
West 23rd Street from Jackson Street to Van Buren Street;
in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of said Street
Improvement District No. 599 shall determine to be for the best interest of the
territory hereby annexed, and the cost thereof in excess of any aid received
from any agency of the federal, state or city government shall be assessed and
charged upon the real property hereby annexed.

Section 3. That the Commissioners of said Street Improvement District
