AN ORDINANCES AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK AT THE
REBSAMEN PARK GOLF COURSE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and requested to enter into contracts for construction work on the
Rebsamen Park Golf Course.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance will be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
