ORDINANCE NO. 9568
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE WIDTH OF PAV 1ENT ON
WALNUT STREET FROM THE NORTH LINE OF THE PRESENT
PAVEI411ENT ON M, ST I1 ARKHAM STREET TO TI-EE NORTH LINE
OF nC" STREET.
tvHEREAS, the existing pavement on Vialmat Street north of
"Ctt Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is twenty -four (24)
feet,from back of curb to back of curb; and
WHEREAS, the pavement return on the north side of ;test
Markham Street into ulalilu.t Street is also twenty -four (24) feet
from back .of curb to back of curb; and
VMREAS, traffic conditions on Walnut Street from West
Markham Street to "Cn Street do not necessitate a full thirty (30)
feet width of pavement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Little Kock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the width of pavement on IJ'alnut Street
from the North line of the present pavement on West Ivarkharn Street
to the .Forth �ine of "Ctt Sheet be and the same is hereby fixed
and established at twenty -eight (28) feet from back of curb to
back of curb.
SECTION 29 That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
