AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE
EQUIPKT FOR THE DUNBAR RECREATION CENTER, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUBCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of _Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase equipment for the Dunbar Recreation. Center not to
exceed $10,559.81.
SECTION 2. That the money - $10,559.81 - to be used for
purchasing this equipment shall be appropriated from the Park
Bond Fund.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance will
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
