BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TAE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company, its
suceessors and assigns, are hereby,antherized to construct, maintaln.and
*"rate spur tracks on a right of way fifty (50) feet `in width &®rose
Lots Three (3) and Your (4), Block Eight (!!), Witkins Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas the center line of which right of way be-
gins at a point on the easterly right of way line of Chicago, Rock Island
and Pacific Railroad Company and is located approximately seventy -five
(75)
feet
north
of the south line
and one hundred
and eighty -five (185)
feet
east
of the
west line of Lot
Three (3),Block

Addition; thence run northeasterly on a ten (10) degree 00 minute curve
to the right a distance of one hundred thirty -sic (136) feet to the east
line of said Lot Three (3); thence oontinning on the same curvature two
and eight tenths (2.S) feet to point of tangeney, which said point is
boat approximately ninety.4vo (92.) feet uorth,.of,,the south line and
two and eight tenths (Zod) feet east of the vest line of Lot Your (be);
thence continue easterly approximately three hundred and thirty (330)
feet to the east line of said Lot Four (4), which is also the west line
of the industrial property owned by.said railroad company, and also being
the west line of Section Thirteen (13), Township One (1) North, Range
Twelve (12) West. The total length of said track to be located on prop-
arty owned by the City of Little Rook is four hundred and sixty -eight

acceptance of this ordinance by the Chicago, Rock Island and
Pacific Railroad Company, subject to the paramount right of
the City in case of public need to cancel same on six monthst
notice, and provided that the same is accepted within ninety
(90) days after its passage.
