ORDINANCE NO. 9576
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE THREE MON THSI SUPPLY OF PRACTICE AMMUNITION FOR
USE BY THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT AT A COST
NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF 600.00, AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
BE IT ORD,i,100 BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase three months) supply of practice ammunition for use of
the Little Rock Police Department.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said ammunition shall not
exceed the sum of Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
