AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARAGRAPH 4 OF SECTION 4709 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 7888, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 9574,
PERTAINING TO THE AREA OF ANY ROOF SIGN, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:

No. 7888, as amended by Ordinance No. 9574, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
The area of any roof sign shall be that area enclosed
by a rectangle whose width equals the greatest Width of
the sign and whose height equals the distance from the
roof to the top of the sign and including ornamental
features.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect imediately upon its pass-
age and approval.
