AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE,. TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHAS3 AN AUTO-
NOBITZ FOR USE OF. THE STEM CLEANING DEPARTHM OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF $1,200.00
PLUS TRADE IN, AMID FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTIE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SEUTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and
requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase an Automobile for use
of the Street Cleaning Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said automobile shall not exceed the sum
of One Thousand Two Hundred ($1,200.00) Dollars, plus trade —in of a 1950
Two Door Chevrolet Sedan No. X-.25,
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
