AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TARE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE
A PNEOLATOR FOR USE AT THE GILLAM PARR SWI 4ING POOL,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
ized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and purchase a
pneolator for use at the Gillam Park Swimming Pool.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
