AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REgUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE A CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEM FOR THE CITY HALL,
JAIL, AND CFITRAL FIRE STATEON OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $10,000.00, AND FOR.
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorised and requested to advertises take bids for, and pur-
chase a Central Heating System for the City Halls Jail, and
Central Fire Station of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said Central Heating System
shall not exceed the sum of Ten Thousand ($lOs000.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
