ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AME111DED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

SECTION 1.
That
Lots
five (5)
and six (6), Block nineteen
(19),
Garland Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1723 East
Capitol Avenue, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" Two — Family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and
reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "K1' Heavy Industrial
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to hermit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots, five (5) and six (6),
Block nineteen (19), Garland Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the "Kit Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
