AMENDED; AF?D FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINEED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITLL:S i3.00K, ARKA',:tSAS:
SECTION 1. That the east 75 feet of Lots eleven (11) and twelve
(12) and all of Lot ten (10), clock eleven (11), Fausts Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1701 West Seventh and 710 Marshall
Street, _heretofore classified and zoned as "D" Apartment District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassi-
fied and the sane is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance INTO. 54.20 and the Zoning Man thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said east 75 feet of Lots eleven
(11) and twelve (12) and all of Lot ten (10), Block eleven (11), Fausts
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
