ORDINANCE NO. 9592
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS EIGHT (8) AND NINE (9) E_MPT THE EAST
60 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK TIJENTY (20), C. 0. BRACK'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAi,SAS; AN�IDITTG ORDINAINCE PO. 54,20 AS AMENDED; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 01 LITTLE. ROCK, ARKAijSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots eight (8) and nine (9) except the east 60
feet thereof, Block twenty (20), C. 0. Brack's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 3309 Fair Park Boulevard, heretofore
classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, ara hereby amended to nerrit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots eight (8) and nine (9)
except the east 60 feet thereof, Block twenty (20), C. 0. Brack's
Addition to the City of Little hock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section
1 hereof, said pro;erty to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its rassage.
