OIL' (1), I cGLAUGHIN'S SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKA?`ySAS;
,WENDE G ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS WENDED; AID FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots four (4), five (5) and six (6), Block one
(1), McGlaughin's Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
being 4813, 4817 and 4821 West Twenty - Fourth Street, heretofore classi-
fied and zoned as "B" Residence District under the terms of Zoning
Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "C" Two - Family District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to -permit the
red asp fication and rezoning of the said Lots four (4), five (5) and
si)1j Block one (1), McGlaughints Subdivision to the City of Little
,'Rock., Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - Family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
