AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE WEST 82.2 FEET OF LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO
(2), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), FULTON'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.,
ARKANSAS; AlvENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5/+20 AS A1�!ENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the west 82.2 feet of Lots one (1) and two (2),
Block thirteen (13), Fulton's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 2103 Center Street, heretofore classified and zoned as
"C" Two — Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 51+20,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to
be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 51+20 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby anended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said west 82.2 feet of Lots one
(1) and two (2), Block thirteen (13), Fulton's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "D" Apartment
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
