ORDINANCE NO. 9598
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE WIDTH OF PAVEMENT ON "U"
STREET (ALSO KNOWN AS "D" STREET) FROM THE WEST
LINE OF KEIGHTLEY DRIVE TO THE EAST LINE OF SECOND
STREET, AND FIXING THE WIDTH OF "V" STREET (ALSO
KNOWN AS "E" STREET) FROM THE WEST LINE OF LEFEVER
LANE TO THE EAST LINE OF SECOND STREET.
WHEREAS, all of the paved streets in the surrounding terri-
tory in Kingwood Place, an Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, are paved at a width of 28 feet from outside of curb to
outside of curb, and it is unnecessary that the hereinafter described
portions of streets have a greater width of pavement than those in
the surrounding territory; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas:
SECTION 1. That the width of pavement on "U" Street (also
known as "D" Street) from the west line of Keightley Drive to the
east line of Second Street be and the same is hereby fixed and estab-
lished at 28 feet from outside of curb to outside of curb.
SECTION 2. That the width of pavement on "V" Street (also
known as "E" Street) from the west line of Lefever Lane to the east
line of Second Street be and the same is hereby fixed and established
at 28 feet from outside of curb to outside of curb.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
