AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE PROVISIONS OF PARAGRAPHS
5 AND 6, SECTION 7, OF ORDINANCE NO. 72092 KNOWN
AS THE SIDEWALK ORDINANCE, PROVIDING THAT THE
SIDEWALK LOCATED AT 6314 KAVANAUGH STREET SHALL BE
4 FEET INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED 5 FEET, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKA�i:3QS.
SECTION 1. That Paragraphs 5 and 6, Section 7, of Ordi-
nance No. 7209, known as the Sidewalk Ordinance, are hereby
waived with regard to sidewalk located at 633.4 Kavanaugh Street.
That said sidewalk may be 4 feet instead of the required 5 feet.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
'and approval.
