ORDINANCE NO. 9603
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15 OF ORDINANCE NO.
9127, ESTABLISHING INSPECTION FEES FOR PLUMBING..
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 15 of Ordinance No. 9127 shall
be amended to read as follows:
"Inspection Fees. The following fees or charges shall
be paid to the City Collector at the time application
for permit and inspection is made:
Plumbing roughing in inspection - - - - $2.00
For each plumbing fixture outlet - - - - 1.00
For final Certificate of Inspection - - - 2.00
Minimum inspection fee - - - - - - - 2.50 n.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
