AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE A 1/2 YARD. CLAM SHELL BUCKET FOR USE IN THE
STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $700.00, PLUS THE TRADE -IN OF A
3/8 YARD CLAM SHELL BUCKET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase a 1/2 -Yard Clam Shell Bucket for use in the Street
Department of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said 1/2 -Yard Clam Shell
Bucket shall not exceed the sum of Seven Hundred (6700.00)
Dollars, plus the trade -in of a 3/8 Yard Clam Shell Bucket.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
