ORDINANCE NO. 9606
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PUR-
CHASE 51 FEET OF 36 -INCH PIPE ARCH CULVERT TO BE
INSTALLED AT 11TH AND WOODROW STREETS FOR USE OF THE
STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AT A
COST NOT TO EXCEED $500.00, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and pur-
chase 51 Feet of 36 Inch Pipe Arch Culvert to be installed at
11th and Woodrow Streets for use of the Street Department of
the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. That the cost of said 36 -Inch Pipe Arch Cul-
vert shall not exceed the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
