ORDINANCE NO. 9609
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS OTTE (1) AND THE NORTH 33 1/3 FEET OF
LOT TWO (2), BLOCK TWO- HUNDRED FORTY -TWO (242), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMUFTDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMaTDED; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
`1. -That Lot one (1) and the north 33 1/3 feet of Let two
(2), Block two- hundred forty -two (242), Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, being 1401 and 1/+07 Chester Street, heretofore classified and
zoned as "C" Two - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification.and rezoning of the said Lot one (1) and the north
33 113 feet of Lot two (2), Block two - hundred forty -two (242), Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F"
Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and, after its passage.
