AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 4150.00 TO PAY ROY MARTIN,
E. A. MCCASKILL, AND FRANK M. FULK FOR THEIR SERVICES
AS APPRAISERS OF PROPERTY PURCHASED BY THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, WHICH IS TO BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF
IMPROVING AND STRAIGHTENING EAST 15TH STREET IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OEM PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150.00)
Dollars is hereby appropriated for the purpose of compensating
Roy Martin, E. A. McCaskill, and Frank M. Fulk for their serv-
ices in appraising property purchased by the City of Little
Rock to be used for the purpose of improving and straightening
East 15th Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are instructed
to issue the Cityts warrants in the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dol-
lars each to Roy Martin, E. A. McCaskill, and Frank M. Fulk
for their services as appraisers.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
