AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $414.12 TO BE
PAID TO THE PARAGON PRINTING COMPANY TO COVER THE
COST OF 25 APPELLANT ABSTRACTS AND 25 APPELLANT
BRIEFS FURNISHED IN THE WESTERN ANNEXATION CASE OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK VS. W. W. FINDLEY, ET AL,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the sum of Four Hundred Fourteen Dollars
and Twelve Cents ($414.12) is hereby appropriated to be paid
to The Paragon Printing Company to cover the cost of 25 Appel-
lant Abstracts and 25 Appellant Briefs furnished in the Western
Annexation Case of the City of Little Rock vs. W. W. Findley,
at al.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby di-
rooted to issue the Cityls warrant in a sum not to exceed
Four Hundred Fourteen Dollars and Twelve Cents ($414.12) for
said Abstracts and Briefs.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinen ce
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
