PLAMFING DIRECTOR TO THE NATIONAL PANNING CONFERENCE OF THE AMERICAN
3VQWY OF PLANNING OFFICIALS " BE HELD IN PHILADELPHIA, PENNSWANIA,
- EMBER 26, 1954 THROUCH SEPTEMBER 301, 1954, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A sum not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ( $150.00 1)
is hereby appropriated to defray the expenses of the Acting Planning
Director to the National Planning Conference of the American Society
of Planning Officials to be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, September
26, 1954 through September 30, 1954.
SECTION 2, The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby instructed to issue
the City's warrant for a sum not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars
( $150.00 ) to the Acting Planning Director upon presentation of an
itemized statement reflecting the expenses incurred while attending
the meeting of the American Society of Planning Officials.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
